Chief Treat Officer

A much-loved member of the McCarthy Talent team, Shadow takes his role in the team very seriously.

Responsible for maintaining office morale, welcoming new faces and ensuring regular breaks are taken, Shadow brings warmth and enthusiasm to the team.

When not overseeing day-to-day agency life, you’ll usually find him napping through important meetings, requesting treats or reminding Carleen when it’s time for a walk.
